How it all began
We met at BMW where we both worked together in June of 2021. Logan, being very interested who the gorgeous new girl was greeting clients, asked Rachel on a date to the Pirates game. Rachel was extremely hesitant, but couldn't come up with an excuse to say no on-the-spot, so she agreed to go. Turns out, they had a great time. Rachel talked on and on while Logan listened intently to every story she told him. From then on, they both knew there was something special between them... and the rest is history.
During their annual vacation, Rachel and Logan traveled to Cancún with Rachel’s brother, Eric, and his girlfriend, Kamryn. What Rachel didn’t know was that Eric and Kamryn had been in on Logan’s proposal plans for weeks.
On the second night of the trip, Eric and Kamryn suggested taking a walk along the resort’s beach so Kamryn could capture “sunset photos.” Rachel and Logan finished getting ready and agreed to meet them there. As they made their way through the resort, Rachel noticed Logan’s hand trembling slightly in hers, though she didn’t think much of it at first.
When they reached the beach, Rachel grew impatient, suggesting several times that they should just text Eric and Kamryn to find them. Then, everything shifted. Logan gently took the shoes Rachel had been carrying, set them aside in the sand, and gave her a wide-eyed look that said it all: the moment had arrived.
As Logan held Rachel’s hands, Eric suddenly sprinted from behind a beach chair, camera in hand, ready to capture every detail. Logan dropped to one knee and asked the question Rachel had never expected that evening.
The rest of the night unfolded in pure celebration. Over dinner, the four laughed and shared stories, while Rachel finally learned the behind-the-scenes details of the secret plans that had led to that unforgettable moment!
